About Ruoff Mortgage Stadium

The stadium is independently owned and operated by Bass Road Sports & Entertainment LLC.It has a potential event day capacity of more than 11,000 (with 9,200 seats in the stadium, including 14 pitch level suites). There are also multiple group areas, a VIP Club Room, premium loge seats, tabletop terrace views with food service, a beer garden and a special Fan Zone park area. Other key features include a 120’x35’ state-of-the-art LED videoboard, the second largest in the state.

Accessibility

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium meets the requirements established by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Several wheelchair-accessible and companion seating areas are available throughout the stadium. If you are in need of an accommodation for an upcoming event, please send an email to Tickets@ruoffstadium.com.

Temporarily, a limited number of accessible parking spots are available near Gate 1. Cars must include a valid ADA placard visible in the window to park in these spots.

Address

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is located at 6411 Bass Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46818. It is conveniently located off Exit 305 from I-69 to the south, Bass Road from the east and west, and Flaugh Road from the North. Directions can be found on Google and Apple Maps.

Alcoholic Beverages

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium encourages responsible drinking and abides by the laws of Indiana. You must be at least 21 years old to buy and consume alcohol inside the stadium and proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverages.

• Any person observed passing alcoholic beverages to an underaged person is subject to prosecution and/or ejection from the stadium.

• Alcohol cannot be brought into the stadium and is not permitted out of the stadium. Ruoff Mortgage Stadium staff and/or security reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated.

• Stadium and event staff reserve the right to discontinue alcohol sales to any person at any time. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

• Sales of alcohol will be stopped approximately 15 minutes into the second half of Fort Wayne Football Club matches or at 45 minutes prior to the expected completion of another event.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located in each men’s & women’s restroom locations.

Bag Policy

Clear bags are required for entrance to the stadium, with the exception of small wristlets or handheld wallets and fanny packs as long as they don’t exceed 6.5” x 4.5”. Small diaper bags and medical bags are permitted but no bags may exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. All bags will be searched upon entry.

Banners, Signs, and Flags

We welcome your handheld banners, signs and flags as long as they adhere to these guidelines. Stadium staff reserves the right to deny or remove any at our sole discretion.

• No larger than 4’ x 4’

• Be relevant to the event (may not be political, religious, disparaging or sales-related)

• May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures

• May not cover existing stadium signage or obstruct the view of other guests

• May not create a safety hazard

All banners and signs that do not fall within the above guidelines must be approved by Ruoff Mortgage Stadium management no later than 48 hours before the event. To submit a request for entry, please email at info@ruoffstadium.com.

Beverage, Food, and Containers

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the stadium. For the safety of our guests and players, metal and glass containers of any kind are prohibited.

Blankets

Blankets will be allowed in the stadium but must be opened at the security gate and must not obstruct the view of other fans.

Cameras & Video Equipment

You may bring small personal cameras however cameras with lenses larger than 70mm, video cameras, GoPro and similar cameras, and tripods are prohibited. Video recording, reproduction or live streaming of any event held at the stadium is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Ruoff Mortgage Stadium or the event organizer.

Coolers & Ice Chests
Guests are not allowed to bring in coolers, ice chests or large bags of ice.

Concessions

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium has a variety of concession areas to enjoy. If you have a question as it relates to food allergies or dietary restrictions please info@ruoffstadium.com.

Credit Card Only (Cashless)
Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is a cashless venue and will only accept major credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. This includes in the parking lot, at all concession and beverage stands, as well as in the Team Store and at Ticketing. Gift cards for the Team Store can be purchased but can only be redeemed at the Team Store or the online fan shop.

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains are available throughout Ruoff Mortgage Stadium.

Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency or severe weather, follow the instructions delivered by the stadium and event staff, the public address system and the video boards around the stadium.

Employment Opportunities
Ruoff Mortgage Stadium takes a lot of special individuals to be a part of our guest relations. Most positions are part-time and seasonal, including concessions, event cleaning crew, guest relations, parking lot, ticket takers, ushers and more. Job applications and open positions are listed here.

Entry Locations into the Stadium
There are two main gate entry areas adjacent to the parking lot for entrance into the stadium, one on the Northwest side (Gate 1) and one on the Southwest side (Gate 2).

Fan Code of Conduct

To read the stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct, click here. Fans who do not adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct may be removed from the stadium without refund or re-entry. For serious violations of the Fan Code of Conduct, Ruoff Mortgage Stadium reserves the right to ban individuals from future games and events as determined in their sole discretion. Staff reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. If you are experiencing issues in-game or in-event, contact the nearest stadium or event staff employee for assistance.

Fan Zone
From time to time, bounce houses and other entertainment opportunities may take place in the Fan Zone during Fort Wayne Football Club match days. Parents must sign a waiver before their children can enter the bounce house area. However, children under the age of 10 playing anywhere in the Fan Zone must be accompanied by an adult. The Fan Zone area is a low pile turf space.

Field Access
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time during a Fort Wayne Football Club match without a special credential.

First Aid

A First Aid table for guests requiring medical assistance is near the northeast concourse. If you require immediate assistance, notify the nearest stadium or event staff employee.

Gate Times

For Fort Wayne Football Club matches, gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Any exceptions to this schedule will be announced on Fort Wayne FC social media. Parking Lots will open at 5:15 p.m

Gate opening times will vary for other events. Please refer to the event specific communication information and follow the relevant social media channels for the latest updates.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the northeast end of the concourse and will be available until 30 minutes after the event ends.

Lost & Found

Guests may inquire about lost and found items at Guest Services located at the northeast end of the concourse during events. To inquire after an event, send us an email link at info@ruoffstadium.com. Found items will only be retained 30 days from the date in which it was found/turned in.

Merchandise/Team Store

The Fort Wayne Football Club Pop-Up Team Store is located in the southeast concourse and is open during the match. You can also purchase online at shop.fortwaynefc.com anytime.

Noise-Making Devices

We want you to have fun but noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, whistles and megaphones are prohibited. Only the Supporters Group are given permission to use some of these items in the designated Supporters Section.

Parking

Parking passes must be purchased ahead of time before entering the parking lot. Click here for more information about parking and to pre-purchase an event parking pass.

The parking lot will open at 5:15 p.m. before Fort Wayne Football Club matches. Any exceptions to this schedule will be announced on social media. Tailgating is not allowed in the parking lots.

Event parking is not allowed at Buckner Park, adjacent businesses or along the streets. You will be subject to tow, at your expense.

Press / Media Access

Media access and credentials for Fort Wayne Football Club matches can be requested via email at justin@fortwaynefc.com.

Requests for credentials may be denied at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium’s sole discretion or through the event promoter. Media members and their respective organizations who receive and use media credentials further agree to the Media Credential Agreement.

Prohibited Items

For the safety of all guests, performers, players, coaches, officials, staff and stadium personnel, the following items are prohibited at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium events:

• Smoking or tobacco products of any kind, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes

• Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and replica or toy weapons

• Flammable items, including lighters and aerosol cans (pepper spray, mace, etc.)

• Outside food and beverages of any kind

• Flares, incendiary devices, smoke devices, sparklers or fireworks

• Drugs, including medical marijuana and marijuana in any form or illegal substances

• Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems, including gliders, drones, kites and any missile or projectile-like objects

• Professional cameras with lenses larger than 70mm, video cameras, GoPro and similar cameras, tripods and selfie sticks

• Laser pointers/pens

• Animals or pets, except for service animals

• Signs, banners and flags larger than 4’ x 4’ (or any other item that may obstruct another guest’s view)

• Inappropriate and/or offensive attire, signs, banners or flags

• Non-PVC flag poles

• Umbrellas

• Metal or glass containers of any kind

• Coolers, containers (e.g., bottles, cans), flasks, thermoses or ice chests

• Wristlets or handheld wallets, with or without a strap, larger than 6.5” x 4.5”

• Backpacks and bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6”

• Luggage, computer bags, briefcases, backpacks, large purses and camera cases

• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or non-medically prescribed wheeled devices, except for infant strollers, which will need to be checked in a Guest Services

• Handouts, advertisements or any other printed materials unless approved by stadium management

• Frisbees and inflated balls of any kind (if you make a purchase of these items in the Team Store, you must keep them in a bag).

• Seat cushions or portable chairs

• Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, whistles and megaphones

• Confetti, “silly string” or balloons

• Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by stadium management

Re-entry Policy

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium has a no re-entry policy, meaning once you go outside the gates you will not be allowed to re-enter, regardless of whether you show your ticket. Re-entry accommodation is limited to emergencies and is at the stadium staff’s discretion.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located near the corners of the concourse. Baby-changing stations will be available in each of the men’s and women’s restrooms as well.

Rideshare/Drop Off

The designated rideshare area for drop-offs, or other personal vehicle drop-offs, and piuck-ups are located near the SW gate (Gate 2) entrance.

Safety & Security

Safety is a top priority for all our guests, staff, players, performers and vendors. To help keep everyone safe, the stadium asks all guests to follow the Fan Code of Conduct. To read, click here.

Security is stationed throughout the stadium. To report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct or any suspicious activity, notify the nearest stadium or event staff employee, safety services team member or law enforcement officer. If you see something, say something!

Service Animals

Certified service animals are permitted at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium but must remain on a leash or harness at all times when inside the stadium or on the stadium property. You are responsible for properly cleaning and disposing of any animal waste. Please reach out to tickets@ruoffstadium.com if your service animal will need space next to your paid seat.

Smoking & Tobacco Use

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping and the use of all tobacco products, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited in all areas of the stadium, including the parking lot. There will be a designated spot outside the NW Gate (Gate 1) but you must stay in the designated spot and have your electronic ticket ready to show security personnel for re-entry.

Streaming

Live transmission or video streaming of events at the stadium is prohibited. Any attempt to broadcast during the event will result in ejection without refund and the potential for being banned from attending future events.

Strollers

Strollers are permitted inside Ruoff Mortgage Stadium but must be checked in at Guest Services table located along the NE concourse.

Tailgating

Due to the limited number of available parking spaces, tailgating will not be allowed in the Ruoff Mortgage Stadium parking lot.

Team Store

The Fort Wayne Football Club Pop-Up Team Store is located in the southeast concourse and is open during the match. You can also purchase online at shop.fortwaynefc.com anytime.

Tickets

Fort Wayne Football Club fans can inquire about season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, single-game tickets and premium seats by emailing Tickets@fortwaynefc.com, or by calling 260-226-6024. You may also purchase tickets at the Ticketing table, located at the SW Gate (Gate 2).

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are prohibited inside Ruoff Mortgage Stadium. Fans should bring raincoats or ponchos for inclement weather. The Team Store will also sell ponchos if you need one during the event.

Wheelchairs

Guests in wheelchairs will need to purchase wheelchair accessible seating from the event ticketing site. Adjacent companion seating is also available. For those guests who will transfer from a wheelchair to a stadium chair may ask for assistance in storing the wheelchairs at Guest Services, located near the NE concourse, or speak with any usher to request a wheelchair escort.

Wi-Fi

Public Wi-Fi is not available at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium.
