The first ever PSMxONE Soccer Series began at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium on Aug. 26 and 27. On the first night, the women’s team from Saint Francis (Illinois) defeated the team from the local University of Saint Francis, 2-0, before the second half of the doubleheader saw Indiana Tech’s men’s team defeat Saint Francis (Fort Wayne) 1-0.
High school soccer took over on the second night, when Bishop Dwenger’s girls and boys teams swept the teams from rival Bishop Luers, 4-0 in both matches, in front of a crowd of 1,877.
